About Manon Burns
Manon Burns has several years’ experience in intellectual property litigation and helps clients protect their intellectual property rights. She counsels clients on all forms of intellectual property policing, including trademark, patent, and copyright. She has led the policing of a multi-million dollar trademark portfolio and helped negotiate settlements with infringers. Manon also has unique experience handling design patent disputes, and has assisted with numerous proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and in federal court.
Manon has represented Fortune 500 companies, startups, and companies in between. Clients value her ability to work quickly and efficiently to address immediate needs and to balance aggressive litigation with patient negotiation. She has significant experience distilling complex legal and factual issues into understandable communication with both clients and the court.
Prior to her time at Amin Talati Wasserman, Manon practiced intellectual property litigation at a patent litigation boutique. Outside of her practice, Manon enjoys cooking, reading, and being up to date on the latest video game releases.
