In February 2018, Joe Cwik spoke at the 2018 GOED Exchange conference in Seattle concerning the International Trade Commission (ITC) litigation filed by Amarin Pharma, Inc. Joe Cwik and others earned a ground breaking win in that litigation when the ITC dismissed the false advertising suit finding that the Complaint failed to allege an unfair method of competition or an unfair act cognizable under 19 U.S.C. § 1337(a)(1)(A).
