Ashish Talati spoke with Natural Products Insider about the potential for criminal action when a product is targeted by FDA in a warning letter but still listed for sale.
Ashish noted, “Tainted products pose a serious public health risk and therefore FDA will be very aggressive.” He emphasized that, “The industry has always asked FDA to do more in terms of testing and pursuing bad actors criminally.”
