Rend Al-Mondhiry Joins Faculty of 2023 AHPA Botanical Congress
Rend-Al-Mondhiry will participate in “The Law: I’m From the FDA, and I’m Here to Help,” a new webinar hosted by the American Herbal Products Association (AHPA) on May 16 at 2:05 p.m.
The virtual event, part of AHPA’s 2023 Botanical Congress, will cover numerous FDA topics, including GMP enforcement, continuing need for a lawful pathway for CBD, restrictions on marketing of naturally-derived articles previously approved as drugs, and recent amendments to guidance on homeopathic products.
