Jodell Nowicki is an associate attorney at Amin Talati, LLC. Her practice focuses on Intellectual Property law and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulatory and compliance issues. She specializes in the representation of U.S. and global companies and industry trade organizations involved in the development, manufacture, import, export, distribution, and marketing of foods, dietary supplements, medical foods, cosmetics, drugs, medical devices, and other FDA regulated products domestically and abroad.

Ms. Nowicki reviews product formulations and ingredients to ensure that they meet Food and Drug Administration (FDA), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and other applicable safety requirements. Ms. Nowicki also reviews product claims through labeling, print and web advertising, and other promotions to ensure that they are adequately substantiated.

Ms. Nowicki previously clerked for Amin Talati where she worked closely with firm attorneys on a variety of regulatory compliance and litigation matters.  Ms. Nowicki also interned for the Hon. Philip G. Minardo in the Richmond County Supreme Court. She also has experience in both civil and tort litigation.
